Electrical Engineer - Whittlesey
Salary: £40ph

We are currently looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer for an adhoc contract role with an immediate start.

Working within a manufacturing workshop, this role would be flexible days between 0700 - 1700 and operates Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends!

Key Responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer:

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and replacements of equipment across the workshop.
• Fault finding and diagnostics of equipment.
• Carry out industrial electrical work such as re-wiring, instillation of switches, checking for tripped breakers or blown fuses.
• Work collaboratively with the mechanical team, providing electrical support and guidance where necessary.
• Occasionally working at hight on scaffolding or a cherry picker to reach certain electrical components.

Required Qualifications & Skills as an Electrical Engineer:

• Relevant electrical background (HNC or above) in electrical engineering to sign off electrical works.
• Experience with a practical hands-on approach.
