Engineering Technician

Location: Milton keynes

Salary £58,000 per annum

Shift 3 on 3 off days and nights

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast paced FMCG company based in the Milton Keynes area. The successful engineer will be working on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern covering both days and nights.

The Engineer technician will be:
* maintaining and optimizing cutting-edge production and packaging machinery
* Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
* Reducing downtime and boosting efficiency
* Carrying out planned PMs and reacting and fixing production machinery breakdowns.

Candidate
* FMCG, food, beverage, or high-speed production experience
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering is essential.
* Familiarity with PLCs, automation, conveyors, and packaging lines.

• Problem solving and able to work well in a pressurised environment.
