HVAC Technical Support Engineer / Technician

Must have language skills: French & English / French & German / English & German

Office-based 4-5 days per week - Choice of over 10 office locations across Germany

Jenrick International is working closely with a global HVAC company to recruit an in-house Technical Support Engineer / Technician.

You will be providing international field-based service engineers, sales team members and customers with solutions remotely.

Based at one of their offices across Germany 4-5 days per week, you will analyse technical issues and questions, develop potential solutions (working closely with in-house Technical, Sales, Production & Quality teams), and prepare service proposals.

Applicants should have HVAC experience (through roles such as maintenance, installation, or design) OR HVAC knowledge through completing relevant technical training or qualifications.

We welcome applications from those who have previously provided remote technical support to field service engineers and/or customers. Alternatively, you may be a service engineer looking to transition into a desk-based position.
