Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Worcestershire
Shift Pattern: Rotating 3 shifts - 6am - 3pm Monday - friday, 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 5pm Tuesday to saturday.
Location: Worcestershire
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias and experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We are seeking a proactive and reliable engineer to join our dynamic team to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of our brand-new production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

  • Quickly diagnose and rectify breakdowns to minimise downtime.

  • Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.

  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maintain continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Electrical bias with solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.

  • BOAS qualification (advantageous).

  • Recognised engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures.
