Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Worcestershire
Rotating 3 shifts - 6am - 3pm Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday.

As the successful skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias and experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We are seeking a proactive and reliable engineer to join our dynamic team to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of our brand-new production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
* Quickly diagnose and rectify breakdowns to minimise downtime.
* Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maintain continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Electrical bias with solid fault- finding and diagnostic skills.
* Experience in food, fmcg, manufacturing environment.
* BOAS qualification (advantageous).
* Recognised engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures.
