Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £55,900 per annum
Shift Pattern: 2s and 3s (Days and Nights)

About the Role

We are seeking a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our fast-paced manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production machinery through effective preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on production machinery.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled engineering team on both days and nights.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards.

About You

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong electrical bias with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Good knowledge of PLCs, drives, and automated systems (advantageous).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

• Flexible to work a 2s and 3s rotating shift pattern (days and nights).
