Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments? We're recruiting for a skilled engineer to join a well-established FMCG business in Northamptonshire.

The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you will play a crucial role in keeping production running smoothly by:

• Responding promptly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

• Diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime

• Working collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / 18th Edition or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a FMCG / food production environment

• Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical maintenance

• Proactive and solution-focused approach to engineering challenges

• Comfortable working 4 on 4 off rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights)
