Maintenance Manager - FMCG | Rugby | £65,000 per annum | Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading FMCG company based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in driving projects, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives, while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the site

• Lead and implement engineering projects and upgrades

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations

• Supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers and technicians

• Maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime

About You:

• Qualified in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Multiskilled)

• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or CI methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma)

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, Days-based role
