Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Northamptonshire £46,184.46 per year
4 on 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
18 days off after every 7 rotations!

Why This Role?
Our client is a major player in the packaging world and they need a sharp, sleeves-rolled-up Maintenance Engineer to join their close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reactive maintenance - you'll be the go-to person when things go wrong.
Weekend PMs & corrective work - steady and structured.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Repair and Upkeep: Performing repairs on machinery, equipment, or systems as needed to maintain functionality and extend lifespan.
Supporting 3 annual shutdowns (April, May & August BH).
Working bank holidays that fall in your rotation (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day).
What You Bring:
NVQ Level 3 and/or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
Confidence working across mechanical & electrical systems.
Not afraid of getting your hands (and overalls) dirty.
Comfortable in a slightly dusty, but well-maintained production environment.
A proactive mindset and strong team ethic.
