The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager (Structural Engineer) to join our Dallas office. This role involves leading structural projects from concept through construction, managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client communications. It is a key position for a motivated engineer who thrives in a close-knit environment and wants a long-term, sustainable career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design projects across multifamily, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and communication with clients and consultants.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a supportive, learning-driven team culture.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to deliver accurate, buildable designs.
Review structural calculations, drawings, and construction documents for compliance and quality.
Contribute to a collaborative, positive office culture emphasizing professional growth and work-life balance.
Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
5-10 years of structural engineering experience in building structures.
Hands-on experience with wood framing and post-tensioned concrete preferred.
Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design.
Proficient with structural engineering software: Revit, RAM, RISA, ETABS, ADAPT Builder, or similar.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; team-focused mindset.
Motivated to grow into a leadership role within the firm.
