Service Technician

Huntingdon, Cambs

Salary to £50,000 plus vehicle and package

We are a UK leader in the supply of primary and secondary packaging machinery into markets including food and beverage and pharmaceutical. A small but successful business, we are now expanding our operation and are looking for an experienced electrically biased Service Technician to join the team. The successful candidate will initially be working on a 5 month installation project for a customer in the Huntingdon area and will then be deployed on projects for our other customers in the UK and Ireland which will include both installation, service and repair of packaging machines/robotic systems. .

We can offer an experienced Service Engineer an attractive package including a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 plus vehicle, healthcare, end of project bonus and annual profit share.

• Completed safe isolation training
• Ability to read from electrical drawings
• Able to travel both within the UK and internationally (Germany and Ireland)
• Ideally experience working within packaging machinery, handling, automation or conveyor technology
• Apprenticeship trained ideally in a mechanical/electrical discipline
