We're partnering with a global leader in the corrugated packaging industry to find a skilled Electrical & Controls Engineer. About the Role:
As part of a high-performing technical team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and delivering tailored electrical and control system solutions. You'll take projects from concept to completion - from factory build and commissioning to final installation and sign-off at customer sites.
Your work will directly support the delivery of high-value automation systems used across large-scale packaging facilities, helping to drive efficiency, innovation, and safety on a global scale.
What We're Looking For:
Solid hands-on mechanical fitting experience with a sound understanding of mechanical systems and principles
Proven experience commissioning advanced automated handling systems, especially those involving conveyor technology
Proficient in:
Allen Bradley Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk
Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
Microsoft Office and Sistema
Comfortable working with PCs and technical software tools
Strong foundation in electrical and controls system design, including power, sensors, inspection equipment, and communication interfaces
Deep knowledge of safety systems, control logic, and automation safety architectures
Experience working directly with clients on-site, managing expectations and delivering high-quality results
Background in designing or supporting complex product handling machinery
Demonstrated success in manufacturing environments
