Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our collaborative design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural analysis and design for a variety of building types, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and other consultants to deliver efficient, buildable, and cost-effective structural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures.

• Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction documents.

• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines throughout all project phases.

• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction.

• Conduct site visits to observe construction and ensure design intent is met.

• Support project management and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).

• EIT certification required; PE license or ability to obtain is a plus.

• 2-6 years of structural design experience in building structures.

• Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, RISA, RAM, or similar).

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
