Role Summary:
As the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a skilled engineering team, ensuring the seamless operation of our production assets. You'll play a vital role in minimising downtime, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining world-class hygiene and safety standards.

Key Skills:
* Lead the maintenance strategy across a high-volume, fast-moving production site
* Drive asset care programs with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance
* Ensure optimal performance of aseptic filling and packaging equipment
* Champion Health & Safety (H&S) and compliance across all engineering activities
* Implement reliability engineering practices to reduce breakdowns and increase OEE
* Collaborate with production, quality, and CI teams to support plant KPIs
* Strong background in aseptic/cleanroom environments
* Expertise in asset care planning, CMMS, and root cause analysis (RCA)
* Solid understanding of H&S legislation and best practices
* Natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills
